TC-1050L window patching machine is widely used for gluing transparent films on the windows of various carton boxes such as tissue box, medicine box and shirt box, etc. The machine combines following five units: paper sheets feeding unit, positioning adjustment unit, gluing unit, film patching unit, delivery unit. | Paper Feeding Section: The Paper Feeding Belt of the machine adopts the Japanese Brand Nita which well solves the problem of unsmooth UV printing paper feeding. The paper feeding is realized through bottom belt with the vacuum absorption function. Driven by Servo Motor enables it to switch among multiple paper feeding modes. |
| Paper Transmission Correcting Rail: The track with self-locking linear bearing is free to slide. It takes the place of traditional slow screw-driving hand-shaking regulation. The chains orbits which contain high polymer nylon material are in high wear resistance and low noise .Correction pin adopts servo motor separately driving. |
| Gluing Section: The gluing roller is made from 304 Stainless steel material which is in high corrosion resistance and is easy to clean.
Transverse and longitudinal gluing model roller are driven by servo motor which can realize the dual-directional regulation
directly without stopping. The gluing part is equipped with the automatic lifting function. It avoids the glue touching the belt
which reduces the trouble of frequently machine stop for cleaning because of the lack for paper problem. |
| Film Patching Section Transverse cutting knife is driven by servo motor with high cutting angle precision control. Compared with traditional cylinder Driving.It has got the advantages of low noise, high speed with the angle able to control etc. Roller absorption continuous pasting is in higher speed and requires less towards film compared with traditional intermittent pasting way. The pasting roller is separately driven by servo motor and can freely adjust the film pasting position under machine running circumstances. |

A: 1) We provide training in our factory for free; 2) We can send technicians (engineers) to your factory for installation and training. You shall pay round trip air fare and accommodations, plus each technician charges USD100/per day.

A: For standard model, we have a large quantity in stock.For special model,we need 20-30 days to produce for you.
Q9. How can you assure the machines' quality?
A: Each machine will be test running at least 24 hours before delivery to assure the quality. And during the warranty, we will give spare parts for free if machine has any problem.
Q10. Do you inspect machines or test running before packing?
A: Of course we do. We have QC department to debug the machine before packing. If you want to use specific material to do the test running, you need to pay for the cost of the material
Q11. What's the payment term?
A: T/T 30% in advance, the balance shall be paid before delivery. Also accept payment by West Union or L/C at sight.
